We believe that if we're not thinking about the future, we're not planning for the future. Pelham's demographics are quickly changing; we'll adapt and enhance our services and programs to meet our needs right now and into the future.
COMMUNICATION
We strongly believe our Town government should be a partnership between Pelham's residents and its elected officials. We'll initiate a comprehensive survey to identify our shared priorities and open new lanes of contact between our community and our Town leaders.
preparation
We will be proactive, not reactive - which means evaluating Town infrastructure to modernize buildings and potentially adapt them for new uses. And we'll do this without raising taxes, by securing state and federal grants and other funding.
