Erica Winter

Erica Winter has spent over 20 years in public service, with a career grounded in ethics, compliance, investigations, and accountability. She has advised institutions, developed policy, and worked to ensure fairness and integrity in complex systems. That experience has prepared her to serve Pelham with competence, care, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Erica and her husband, Brian, have lived in Pelham for more than a decade, raising their two children and becoming deeply rooted in the community. She has been an active volunteer with the Junior League of Pelham, the Westchester County Women’s Advisory Board, and the Pelham PTA Council, where she established the first pedestrian safety committee to advocate for safer routes to school. Beyond her professional work, Erica’s commitment to service runs deep—she is passionate about building a stronger, more inclusive community where neighbors support one another.

As Receiver of Taxes, Erica will bring that same commitment to public service to ensure Pelham’s tax office operates with efficiency, clarity, and a focus on responsive, respectful treatment of every resident. Proud to call Pelham home, she is dedicated to making it a place where all families can thrive.
