Deborah Winstead

Debbie is an attorney and mom of three.
She served on the Friends of the Library
Board, and championed municipal food
waste composting, volunteered in our
schools, and taught CCD at OLPH. As a
nonprofit leader, she oversees strategy,
legal, HR, budgeting, & operations—and
is ready to put her experience to work for
Pelham Manor.
