Mark Cardwell

Mark is a seasoned communications and strategy professional with leadership experience in government and Fortune 500 companies. A longtime volunteer firefighter and current Vice President in Pelham Manor, he also served as an EMT during the pandemic and served as a Scout leader and community volunteer.
Ryan Kurtz
Candidate for Pelham Manor Trustee

Ryan is a dedicated father of two and active community member, coaching T-Ball and supporting Pelham Pride. A seasoned employment attorney and former public defender, he advises boards and executives on personnel matters, governance, and litigation, and is committed to ethics, accountability, and making the Manor a vibrant, welcoming place for all.
Deborah Winstead

Debbie is an attorney and mom of three. She served on the Friends of the Library Board, and championed municipal food waste composting, volunteered in our schools, and taught CCD at OLPH. As a nonprofit leader, she oversees strategy, legal, HR, budgeting, and operations—and is ready to put her experience to work for Pelham Manor.
